Depending on where you are looking at property in Tampa Bay. Tampa Bay has about 18 months of inventory property. The New Home Builders are going back to 2004-2005 prices. It is still a buyer market and client still can get loans, If you are looking to sell a home it really isn't a good time. Hi Deborah,

I can help you in either selling or renting your property.

If you decide to selling your property the range in King Point for 960 sq feet 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo are listed between 39,000 to 89,9000.

The range for renting your condo is 750 to 1,400 hundred a month. Depending on what kind of renter you get a seasonal renter (4 to 6 Months) or 1 year lease depend on the amount you want a month.

If you decide to rent and have a mortgage then you need make sure you cover the mortgage and monthly fee.
