For more than 25 year i have worked with Banks and Financial Companies to help them sell properties they have been acquired through foreclosure. Our objective has been to find good home owners and good neighbors for the people living next door and in the neighborhoods near the foreclosed homes. Within the financial guidelines that the banks give us, our job is to bring the property back into condition to sell and then innovatively market to buyers and get the home sale closed. It takes a full staff of hard working people that provide top level service to accomplish getting a house from foreclosed to becoming a home for a family.

Because our inventory changes quickly and we cover many different locations, we try to keep all currently active homes for sale in many different systems. You should find a good number of homes and variety of photos of each home and property.
