Joseph was educated locally and graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in Financial Services. To the best of my knowledge, this property is not available. When I did an MLS and tax record search the address came up with a single owner and no building information. There is no structures that are recorded with that address. I can help you find a great condo at an excellent price, however! The infrastructure is coming it however is not there yet! The section of roadway from Jones Blvd. to Durango is stil a two lane state highway and aside from the traffic woes it is very unsafe as well! The retail and office component is in the area but like John said not in Mountain's Edge. As you can tell I am not a big fan of M.E. the community has been under development for about four years and has only one park- a very nice big park, but only one. The large park in the center of the development with the high school, ampitheater, swimming pool and tennis courts has not even broken ground and I wonder when or if this amenity will ever be constructed in Mountains Edge! Add these items with the isolated location in the Las Vegas Valley and you see why I would not recommend M.E. for your home purchase. You would do much better buying in Summerlin or Anthem or Green Valley or Centennial Hills!

I have to agree with the previous posts, however the condo hotel market is somewhat unpredictable and can be tough to obtain financing. That said there are some tremendous bargains at the MGM Signature, Trump and City Center as well. City Center will not be open until November 2009 and I am sure that the closings on the individual properties will take some time.
If you do not want to be on the Strip I recommend and live in Summerlin- in my opinion the best place to reside in the entire Las Vegas Valley. Read my blog on the Summerlin area below to learn more about this fabulous community!
