"Our home sold ..GREAT! I wanted to say how happy Carylin and I were with the way you handled the sale of our home. I though I had made a wise decision in picking our first realtor... WRONG! I was given your names from a friend at work that was please with the way you handled the search and purchase of their first home. I IMMEDIATELY noticed the difference when I first talked to you. We had more communications with you .... before.... we signed the contract then the whole 6 months we were with our first realtor. You were there to answer our questions/concerns. At least weekly you gave us an update on what had taken place that week. Feedback from the viewings of our home and most important "up-to-date" data on what was on the market similar to our home. "We contacted Brenda and David Wakeman to see if they could help us get our property sold. We knew we wouldn't have any money to bring to the closing table, so we weren't sure if they could even help us. They explained to us about how a short sale works and they thought they could help us out of our situation by going this route, and they did! It took several months to get through the entire process but they did exactly what they said they were going to do! This short sale saved us from foreclosure and saved our credit from being completely ruined. We can't thank the Wakemans' enough for doing what they said they would do and by sticking with us through the end!
