Hi Jaiwati,
From the info I pulled, you have a nice 5 bedroom, 3 Bath, 3 Car garage, 3,635 sq ft home. You live in a popular neighborhood---Brookside! If you are serious about selling, this is the month! Before school starts! Lots of buyers want Lincoln Unified School district!
I see you have several revolving credit lines attached to your home, but need to know what the balance on those are....before determining if it's a good idea for you to sell and still make a profit.
Please give me a call and I can prepare a free, no hassle, market analysis for you.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Luna

P.S. I am also a former employee of California Homes (now Mathews Homes)....the builder of your home.... so please consider that to be a plus!!! - Mon Jul 28 2008, 12:18
Hi Tess,
As a former Loan Officer, YES you need to see what it is your getting yourself into! By law, they have three days to get this to you for your review. You need to review all the information on the GFE (Good Faith Estimate). There are Pro's and Con's for using the same Realtor/Mortgage company. But you need to still compare the rates, fees, etc. being charged to you with other companies out there. You don't want to be taken advantage of! I encourage my own clients to talk with other agents to "pick" their brains as well. There is no error in a knowledgable buyer!
If you would like to talk further about this, please feel free to call me directly at (209) 298-2437. No worry, No hassle!
Thanks! ~Jennifer Luna @ Century 21 M&M and Associates - Mon Jul 28 2008, 11:39
