"Stacia, I am writing to you today to tell you about our move and how happy we are in our new home. I’d like to start by saying thank you so much for being our Realtor. Had it not been for our mutual friend mentioning that you were a Realtor, we would have probably never found you. And we are so lucky we did, because you really are the best. We knew it the moment the whole process started when you were more concerned about us making the right decision and not rushing into anything. Jo and I tend to make snap decisions, and it was great that you were there to be the voice of reason and to play devils advocate when necessary. You also gave us good advice about what to look for in a home, a neighborhood, and a price. Secondly, the negotiation phase was handled very professionally. You always reminded us that you worked for us and that you were serving our interests. That helped Jo and I trust you as we believed you were really looking out for us and wouldn’t let us get taken advantage of. But, you also allowed us to make our own decisions and supported them. We also liked how well you kept in touch with us via e-mail and the telephone. You never minded meeting us for lunch or just a coffee to talk about the process and how things were going. You and Ben took the entire process very seriously and personally, like when you and Ben got the purchase agreement and both took the time to review it for us in advance to make sure it was acceptable. Finally, we come to the closing which I think was the crown jewel. In our opinion, the deal was done and you could have easily not given us as much attention as you did. But you were there for the closing and, that meant a lot. After all the documents were signed, you made sure that I knew how to contact the association, and get all of the minor “moving in” details taken care of. Stacia, you and Ben were the best and it was really just dumb luck that we found out about you. From finding the home we wanted, negotiating the right price, and finally buying it; you guys made the whole experience very stress-free and easy. I cannot tell you how thankful we are, and how glad that you were our agent."

"Stacia and Ben were incredible to work with. I made the decision to buy a townhouse after carefully reviewing my finances and where I was in my lifestyle. I knew there was a certain look and price range that I was interested in. Stacia and Ben not only listened, but delivered. They brought me diverse and interesting homes to look at. When I found something I didn't like, they spoke to me about it so they could better understand and help me zero in on my dream house. Because I am a picky person and knew what I was looking for (even if sometimes I couldn't describe it), we looked at close to 30 houses. Throughout this entire experience, Ben and Stacia were there by my side constantly sending me emails and phone calls about the status of our search. I felt like I was in extremely trustworthy hands and I appreciate all the help they sent my way. They guided me and counseled me and today, as a new homeowner, I couldn't be happier."
