"With the assistance of Anne Mayberry, my wife, Liz, and I sold a home and bought a replacement in Steamboat Springs in the Fall of 2008, in spite of or maybe because of the nationwide financial crisis. Anne is very knowledgeable about Yampa Valley real estate. She knows the people and the properties from her many years in the Valley. She is persistent and aggressive when she needs to be, but fun and a pleasure to work with whatever side of the deal you are on. She offered her advice but did not press where it was not appropriate.
