I am currently working with a buyer who is looking for the same thing, an investment property in the Charlotte area. We have some beautiful, maintenance free, beautifully landscaped condos in Statesville called Magnolia Glen Condos! They do not resemble condos at all, and are selling very well I might ad. Statesville is a very nice town to live in! You are within a very short drive to any of these more congested areas yet you do not have to deal with the hectic drive to work everyday! If you will be working in Statesville, the commute from Charlotte, Mooresville, Huntersville, etc, is slow going, I used to drive to Cornelius for work and I would not want to ever do that again during morning or evening rush hour! - Mon May 5 2008, 08:57
