looking for a price of the new homes

I did a search on 51 Tarring street and at this point there is nothing listed in the MLS.If your looking in to new constructions there are properities available all over Staten Island.Contact a realtor who can help you find the property the best fits your needs.

I Have listed my home with an agent . Why don't I see it on multiple listing?

I agree with the answers they have given you.However,some sellers also list their homes with realtors who family members or friends recomend and they are realtors from outside the borough and list the home in their MLS.Wich it can be in brooklyn,queens etc.Ask your listing agent if your home is listed in the staten island MLS.
