Thank you for your question. I believe you will love Happy Valley once you relocate here. I agree with the 2 answers that have already been provided. Many of the new construction homes are still in the "construction phase" and are not completed or are spec homes. In this case you would still be allowed to make choices to the finishing process to make it your home with your customization choices. There are numerous builders in the area that are more than happy to work with you. If you are looking for a certain neighborhood or some privacy there are homes available. The choice is yours of what your next direction should be. If you would like some guidance on where to go or who to speak with, I am more than happy to provide some assistance to you.
