I specialize in representing my customers in the purchases and sales of residential, land, and income-producing properties in northeast Florida (Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Vilano Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, North Beach, Crescent Beach). I keep current of transactions in these areas, especially waterfront---oceanfront, riverfront, and the Intracoastal(ICW). I am very active in the redevelopment of Vilano Beach, a Main Street and Waterfronts community that is the closest beach to historic St. Augustine. Vilano Beach has the Atlantic Ocean on the east, the St. Augustine Inlet on the south and the Intracoastal on the west.

Personal
I'm a Florida native, but have lived in many places including Germany, New York City, Atlanta, Charlotte, Maryland and the D.C. area before coming home to the land I love. As an oceanfront, Intracoastal and riverfront homeowner, I understand and appreciate the joys and responsibilities of living on the water.

I was graduated with highest honor from Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial Engineering. I have a technology background (15 years with IBM) and was a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch. I understand investments, 1031 exchanges, and using self-directed IRAs to invest in real estate. My hobbies include enjoying the beach with my family and friends, traveling, and being an active volunteer in the community.
