Yes, Low commissions will hurt your sale.Just think about when you are searching for a property for your client. If you find two similar properties around the same price and one has a higher commission your most likely going to try to sell the one with the higher commission. Don't you feel your worth it? All of the leg work, advertising, answering questions, making phone calls, etc. Well this is how you get paid for all that you do.
