In this area, a $700,000 home would most likely be at least 4+ bedrooms and 3+ baths. It would have a 3+ car garage. In the Chatham, IL area, you get a lot more bang for your buck than you do in some other areas. Great schools and convenient to everything including shopping, colleges, lake, museums and more. We have 2 major hospitals, SIU School of medicine, new Cancer Research center opening soon, and so much more to offer.
