As you can see it is pretty easy to be on an automated prospecting email that once an agent sets it up for you with your criteria it automatically emails you as soon as it is either listed, reduced or changed. That way you have like a shopping cart of homes or land. Any agent can set that up for you. You need to get with an agent that you trust and that you know will not be bothering you and then when you have questions, you can email them your questions. If you have an agent that you currently want to work with, ask them to set that up for you. If you do not currently have an agent, then you should either interview agents to see who will work best for you, or simply contact me via email at homes@barbkrueger.com and I would be happy to set that up for you with no strings attached of course and it is a free service.
