I am one of those rare agents who always works from the heart. Not to say that you don't have to use your intelligence (brains) as well. I work very hard to help my clients realize their dreams. I think it is essential that you give back to your community so I volunteer at the local Senior Center and serve on the board as secretary and am also a member of the Chamber of Commerce. My hope is that whoever is reading this message is having a blessed day.
Take care,
Cheryl

Jill,
I recently moved to the Ozarks. I know of several people who have also recently moved to the Springfield area and enjoy what this area has to offer. The weather is typical midwest with four seasons. Because we are located in the lower half of the US we have longer falls and milder winters. I did check health food stores and found 13 in Springfield. I am sure that there are several in Nixa, Ozark, Republic, etc. The Springfield area is rich in culture. We have found that there is always so much going on that we don't have the time to enjoy all that is offered. Let me know if I can be of any assistance to you. My web address is ozarkscomehome.com

I did some research and found 3.3 acres in Strafford with a 5BR and 3BA home on the north side of I44 at the 744 Exit. The home and the acreage are listed at $495,000. It is considered to be prime commercial property subject to zoning. Let me know if you need any more info.

Carrell,
The homes in Rogersville are wonderful. As a real estate agent I have found that many buyers are looking for homes within the Rogersville school district.
