Call an appraiser. Have them come and measure the home for you. They will charge you a small fee, however you will have accurate information. - Tue May 6 2008, 17:05
Two ways - measure the entire outside of the house EXCLUDING the interior of the garage. Measure along the interior walls of the garage. Or call an appraiser and in our area they will come and measure your home and charge you a small fee. The good thing about having the appraiser measure is that you can have him certify the results and use that in the MLS listing and your advertising if your selling your home. - Tue May 6 2008, 16:54
You probably want to attend one of the upcoming REO conferences. Portfolio buys are becoming more common and there will likely be investors at the conferences that want portfoloio purchases. I have run across some websites in the past when people e-mailed me about portfolio purchases as well. Not sure if they are legitimate or not, but you can likely do a google search on them. Are you the owner of the homes or a Realtor? - Tue May 6 2008, 16:50
