What is the acre? Is it in a park? Will it depreciate greatly in the future?

It doesn't say how much land is included, but normally with a mobile home you don't own the land - you basically rent the land for a monthly fee. It does appear from the satelite pictures that it is in a mobile home park. As for depreciation, mobile homes do depreciate in value instead of gaining value like a single family home.
