I started as a DHI tester while getting my Masters degree at UConn, then went on to be a dairyman, and continued in this business for 25 years, many of which was doubled as I also had a full-time practice in Farm Real Estate. The sale of our dairy herd in 1994 bought me my first speculation home and launched the "Vinyard's Choice" part of my career which has continued as a sideline ever since.
