"As I looked for a house, I got discouraged because I had looked at so many and I felt I was wasting David and Ginny’s time, even though they told me time and time again that they didn’t feel that way. My children were convinced that I couldn’t afford everything I wanted in a house. One day my daughter and her husband looked at a house with us. They were excited that this was the house for Mom. As we drove away, in separate cars, David noted that I wasn’t that impressed with the house. He told me that when looking for a house, there is an element that you can’t describe to anyone. It is just a feeling that you belong. He reminded me when you drive home after work you should be delighted with the look of your house. That’s the feeling I got as soon as I saw my house and I continue to look forward to going home every evening. The house David and Ginny helped me find is everything I wanted in a house. I move through it comfortably. It fits me. David and Ginny Kral are not realtors that try to tell you how well a house fits the criteria you gave them. They don’t push or encourage, but stand back and let you find your niche. David had been my son-in-laws realtor and I was impressed by his easy ways. I’m so glad I went with the Krals."
