About Me
I literally " Deliver with Heart and Vision" that is my mission whether I am caring for patients as a cardiac nurse or helping home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams.
I became a Realtor in 2005. I have emerged as one of the most succesful agents in the Spokane area.I was Rookie of the Year in 2006 at Century 21 Beutler and Assoc. and in 2007 was listed in Century 21 Top Agents for the entire Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana).
I have remodeled homes myself and I feel this enables me to coach the seller in preparing and staging a home for maximum sale value as well as giving the buyer a vision the potential home may have .Finding the "Diamond in the Rough" and the perfect fit for my clients is a great feeling.

Price, Price, Price is the key factor.
It is hard to compare a home when it has land to residential areas. You need to look at how much land and where you are located ie: close to town or in rurals areas.
That can really influence how much your property will be worth.
