THE WINDERMERE FOUNDATION -
Windermere`s commitment to serving our communities goes well beyond providing the best in real estate services. Since 1989, through our Windermere Foundation, we`ve also reached out to help address the challenges faced by homeless and low-income families. Every time I sell a home, a portion of my commission goes to the Foundation.

Since it`s inception, the Foundation has contributed millions of dollars to nonprofit organizations dedicated to fighting homelessness, with less than one percent going to administrative costs.
