My advise is to ask your agent a few questions first, such as: What was the marketing strategy? Why did it not bring buyers? At what price does the market indicate your property should be priced? Is it properly priced? Are there any location issues or condition issues? What are the current market trends? What are the averge days on market? Are similar properties being shown or sold? You may think of others, but at least ask. If you decide to look for a different Realtor, let me know, I would be happy to refer you to someone. edechant@coldwellbanker.com
