About Me
The Art of Making the Deal

Just because buying or selling a home is the single largest investment you will probably ever make does not mean it has to be an intimidating or stressful process.

But putting a real estate deal together is definitely an art form. You would be well served to have more than just an agent heading up your team. You need an artist, a craftsman… someone who understands your needs and wants both aesthetically and financially.

There is an art to listening to a buyer’s and a seller’s needs and wants… and Jeff is not only well-trained in this art, but he has led team building and leadership seminars… ultimately becoming VP of Corporate Training for the world-renown Kolbe Corp.

There is an art to coordinating the right team for the right job. Appraisers, inspectors, lenders, accountants, lawyers… all need to be focused in a single effort to support the client.

As VP and owner of Great Scott Productions, Jeff helped build the company from the ground up. In addition to putting together the perfect team to create complex film and television productions, Jeff acquired and managed Great Scott’s real estate and facilities.

And there is an art to the art. Any agent can find houses to show you or hold open houses to sell yours. Any agent can advise you on price and negotiate an offer on your behalf. It’s different when you are working with a performer, someone who has great practice and skill at working with his costars and sensing his audience’s energy…

Jeff was also a Broadway performer, holding leads in Les Miserable and Cats. He understands the subtleties of the elegant dance of getting the job done... because getting his audience what it wants IS the job.

Jeff has extensive experience in residential real estate, successfully turning around several properties for his own investment purposes. He has played the role of both buyer and seller many times.

Jeff’s sensibilities as a creative businessman, an effective communicator are what make him an Artist, not just an Agent. And he is personally driven to create a performance his audience will never forget.

Wouldn’t you love to be that audience?

what do you do about wrong data on your site....?

Jeffrey Clonts answered:
I checked the information that the town has on it's fieldcard from visionappraisal.com. The town says the home is 2200 sq. ft. 3bed/3bath. Your MLS listing does list the house as you described....3000sq.ft., 3bed/3bath. Check with your agent about the discrepency between the fieldcard with the town and the listing. It will come up when you have a buyer making a bid so best to resolve it now.

I am not sure why Trulia has it wron as it differs from the MLS. - Thu Oct 9 2008, 09:48
