Ask your Realtor for advice. All deals are different and it is impossible to give advice on this subject unless you are a landman or an oil and gas attorney. These two answers are not familar with Southlake. Kimball Hills is a new subdivision in Southlake - very nice homes, as is most of Southlake. I live and sell real estate in Southlake. - Wed Jul 9 2008, 19:08
