Has anyone ever dealt with a bank foreclosure, where the bank did not want to dewinterize the property

I only do bank work and actullay in NJ that is very common. The banks sell the properties as-is and the inspections are for "informational purpose only". All inspections (and steps in order to do the inspections) are at the buyers cost. Actually this week I had someone want a home inspection (including plumbing) the bank allowed the de-winterization and had the buyers sign that they would re-winterize if they did not purchase. - Tue Mar 25 2008, 06:18
