What kind of information are you seeking Jerry? What I'm able to see is that this home, built in 1900, has 4 BR's, 2 full baths with 2804 square feet. The pictures show a beautiful old mantle & fireplace, and also what may be a stained glass window. Hardwood floors except for attic (typical for a house of that era) It's a foreclosure, and is listed for $189,900. If I can help you with gathering more information on this property, please let me know, I'm happy to help. Email is best: Valerie@SNHhome.com - Fri Jun 20 2008, 22:20

You' may want to see a real estate attorney, because you need to know if there is a recorded easement for the driveway, if it is considered an exclusive easement, etc. Sometimes an easement will run with the land indefinitely, others don't. By the way, this easement would be noted on not only your deed, but your neighbors as well. Best of luck with it. - Mon Jun 16 2008, 06:26

I would first recommend that you obtain a map of school districts in the city, especially if you're looking to keep your daughter in the same school. You should be able to get this from your real estate agent, or you can call the town on a house-by-house basis (or your agent can provide this info to you). Even if a house is listed with a certain school, If there is a house that you get serious about, I would verify with the town, as at the bottom of all listing sheets is a little disclaimer that reads: Subject to errors, omissions, prior sale, change or withdrawal without notice.

I don' t think I could live in Metheun, as my car would pull into Thwait's Market way too often :)

If I can help you or be of service in any way, please feel free to visit my website or get in touch...
Thank you,
Valerie

Hi Marnie
You might want to re-post this in the Rhode Island area to get some response from the Realtor community closer to that area. Wish I could help but I'm way up here in New Hampshire! Good luck with your search!!

Hi Sheila
Is the property currently listed for sale? I'm not seeing it on the Massachusetts MLS that I am a member of. If it's listed for sale by owner, you can find out who owns by pulling tax records (public knowledge) from Lynn City Hall. If you're working with a real estate agent, you should let them know that you're interested in the house--they will know how to best find and approach the owners of the home in a professional manner. I don't work in the Lynn area or I'd offer to help you personally. I wish you the very best in your future as a home owner!
