BACKGROUND
I was born and raised here in the Seattle area, so I know this area well. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Sociology. Choosing an out of state college was part of my life goal to broaden my horizons and grow both personally and spiritually. Between those years and now, I have had the good fortune to travel abroad to many European countries, Scandinavia, Australia and New Zealand. I have a huge appreciation for other customs and cultures - we share the same desire to live, love, and laugh. Ultimately, I am grateful everyday for what I have, and the family, friends, and people I meet. Teaching 4th grade in the Dieringer School District is what I was doing prior to my career in real estate. I've had many years experience working with people, and regardless of age, it's all about finding what the needs are and addressing them individually. What I'm most proud of...are my three sons. What are the best country club communities for families in the Seattle area?

Hi Daniel,

Check out the communities of Tapps Island on Lake Tapps and Meridian Valley on Lake Meridian. Both are very family oriented and both are built around a lake and a golf course. Meridian Valley Country Club is a gated community and the club is private. Tapps Island is protected by a gate guard as you come onto the island. The whole island is a country club setting with all amenities private to the residents, but the course is open to the public. It's well worth checking out!

Hi Ken,

We have some great neighborhoods in the southend of PugetSound that would match your criteria. Your dollar will go a lot further the farther out from the city of Seattle/Bellevue you go. Some suggestions of areas to consider would be Auburn, Bonney Lake, Sumner, and Puyallup. Let me know if you would like my help looking in these communities. Welcome...and good luck!
