In the sometimes volatile world
of real estate, it isn’t always easy
to follow the Golden Rule.
In fact, does anyone even
remember what that rule is?
Jeremy Hill of Keller Williams
Realty sure does. “Do unto others
as you would have them do unto
you,” he quotes. And this is his
guiding principle when it comes
to buying and selling real estate.
Jeremy treats all of his clients
with respect and the greatest care.
He consults with them personally,
educating them in the process.
“I clearly outline my marketing
strategy and communicate progress
weekly,” he explains. “I see
every transaction from start to
finish.”
Think about it: Buying or selling
a home is the single most important
financial decision most
of us will ever make. Furthermore,
the amount of money you
spend or receive, the stress level
and overall experience are all directly
related to the effort your
agent and their firm makes. It is
imperative to hire a full service,
full time agent who will conscientiously
handle your transaction.
“I take my fiduciary duty of
care, loyalty, obedience, accounting,
and disclosure very seriously,”
Jeremy adds. A full-time
agent, he specializes in marketing
homes, new construction
and investment properties. Real
estate is his career; he is also a
real estate investor. Though he
doesn’t process or originate loans,
his training as a mortgage solicitor
provides crucial assistance for
clients, as well.
His expertise is complemented
further by his qualifications. He’s
a member of the National Association
of Realtors®, is a Burlington/
Camden County Association
of Realtors® Number One
Expert and a member of the Garden
State MLS. His firm, Keller
Williams, is the 4th largest, fastest
growing real estate firm in the
country. KW is empowered by its
outstanding agents. “I’m not just
an agent, but a partner in a business,”
he says.
If you’re hesitant about buying
or selling, Jeremy has advice.
“Although we’re in a changing
market, properly priced and marketed
homes are selling. Sellers,
hire an agent who will actively
market the property and not just
wait for another agent to sell it.
Buyers, be sure to have an agency
agreement with your agent.”

Its been awhile since I've visited these units. The location is good. Floorplans and craftmanship are good as well. Value and price-Ouch!! I believe their prices are inflated. It appears that they have come down from their initial pricing. Still overpriced in my opinion. Asked them how many units are currently occupied. Last time I checked it was low. For more info about the area call or email me. You can also search are local MLS below. - Sun Nov 16 2008, 19:51
Phyllis,
In NJ agents are obligation to present and keep record of all offers submitted. Question is tho what home and what site are you refering to? Have you actually viewed the property in the past? You would want your offer to be made in good faith. - Fri Nov 14 2008, 10:42
Ryan,
I just looked up this property. Its does not appear that it is listed on the local MLS. Did you see a sign? - Tue Nov 11 2008, 11:01
Josh,
This property is not in NJ. - Wed Nov 5 2008, 17:33

I enjoy working out and playing basketball. Recently while doing some home improvements I've learned that I enjoy installing tile. HGTV is one of my favorite channels.
