I am sorry to think the "non Realtor" response leads you to believe all us just work for the dollar. If that was true I would be very rich and would not have been business for 30 years. If you will e-mail me with your specific needs I will HELP you get you reliable information. - Tue Jun 24 2008, 10:24
Go to Realtor.com or Trulia as you know or go to Gaffney SC real estate and you should be able to find some help. It also depends on your situation and what price range and other factors you may be looking for. You may need to narrow your search.
It is hard to believe no one wants to help you in today's market.
Scott, I hear your desperation. All Realtors are not the right fit for all properties they market. I would first talk to the broker in charge to see what the game plan is to sell your house and see if the BIC knows your situation. If not ask for a release and interview other Realtors until you feel confortable. All houses sell if they are priced right and marketed properly, especially in your area. As I have said before you cannot blame everything on what you hear in the media. I speak with 31 years experience. - Wed Jun 18 2008, 14:06
If one of the first 10 people including Realtors, who has looked at your home has not taken a positive action then you need to make some changes. I agree with Lisa's response. Good homes that are priced right are selling in SC. No doom and gloom. - Sat Jun 14 2008, 08:45
You may get the mortgage company to release this parcel since you have 80,000 and sell it the purpose of the purchase is to build a home. It also depends on if your property is restricted to no-subdividing. - Sun Jun 8 2008, 12:01
