"Mary, has tirelessly worked on a project for the last few weeks for me that few people have both the people skills and knowledge of Real Estate laws and practices to accommodate. She understands intuitively the nature of making both parties feel as if they are getting a fair deal. I honestly think she has all parties in her heart and wants everyone to be happy. This benefits her by being respected by all concerned with a specific project. I highly recommend Marys expertise and experience in her chosen area of Real Estate. John J. Carlano Philadelphia, PA."

"Mary McKiernan helped me to purchase my first home. As a first time buyer I had no confidence -- and lots of questions -- yet I knew I was in capable hands. Mary's expertise and careful explanations were so appreciated. There was a bidding war. Mary did everything necessary to ensure that we won the war. I never doubted for a moment that she would. Mary McKiernan answered:
It would depend on what size home and how new. Check out my website to search for properties. I can help. - Sat Aug 2 2008, 12:18
Mary McKiernan answered:
You could but it would probably bring down your credit score. Plus, it really is not necessary. - Sat Aug 2 2008, 12:16
Mary McKiernan answered:
Sellers who sign a listing agreement have hired us to represent them and market their homes. Their commitment to us in return deserves our dedication to getting their properties sold first. If inventory is low and we cannot service a buyer with a similar product then we may move on to For Sale By Owners. In this market inventory is not a problem. You should consider listing with an agent. - Sat Aug 2 2008, 12:13
Mary McKiernan answered:
You may want to reask your question and put in the correct zip code. This way local agents will be able to find you. - Sat Aug 2 2008, 12:09
