Elizabeth A Miller answered:
Hello Irene, This home was a foreclosure, however as no bids were received at the foreclosure sale, the bank took it back into inventory. The home is now re-listed on the active market as a bank owned property with a current asking price of $429,900. If you have any interest in viewing the home, or need any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
Best Regards,

Hello Jan,
Setback requirements vary depending upon the zoning classification of a property, and other factors. I recommend contacting the local planning and development services for your properties location. If your property is in Skagit County, you can call the following: (360) 336-9410. For Whatcom County call: (360) 676-6907.
Hope this helps.
