If a hud home has an escrow repair account must you take that loan or can you select not to take it

The Lending Institutions Are Mandated To Make New Changes Recently On Loan and Requirments, My experience has been homes that are in needed repair ( major ) a reconstruction loan from a lender of your choice is ok. You must provide the type loan you have before moving forward. Sometimes they will supply estimated repairs to the consumer but you have the choice of lenders to work with. - Sat Jul 19 2008, 16:19
