If the property was priced right to begin with, it would probably be considered too low by the seller. The seller then has the option to reject, accept or most likely they will counter the offer. There are still some homes in the area that are trying to get the "post Katrina" prices, but the only way to know would be to have an agent run the comparables for the neighborhood.
