Greetings, I have lived in Sioux Falls since 1984. Unlike most Realtors, I have been relocated and know first hand the complexities of corporate relocation. Sioux Falls is a booming town with a fabulous economy relative to the rest of the country, and no state income tax. Each year I relocate many people who love our area! We have an outstanding performing arts center called the Wahington Pavillion, jazz concerts, blue grass/old time music concerts, arts festivals, multi-cultural events, concerts, symphony, and so much more. I love to relocate people from out of town and have lots of fun at the same time! We are only 2 hours from the Missouri River which is great for fishing and 5 hours from the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. Camping is big with beautifully maintained parks all over the state. Pheasant hunting is one of our biggest attractions. We have a ski area called Great Bear, a water ski program with performances at Catfish Bay, professional ball teams for hockey, baseball and basketball.
