where are the high end neighborhoods in Sioux Falls?

Tuscan Club Estates - an exclusive development by CRC Property Group, located in the popular south side of Sioux Falls. Our model home is completed and is located on West 85th street just west of Louise Ave. We will be using this as our "sales model", and "pre-selling" the remaining 16 available home sites for this development. The link provided below contains pictures of the model home - all four models will be of similar Tuscan (northern) Italian architectural design, but with distinctive variations for each model. The homes will have up to 4200 square feet of finished living space, in a practical ranch-style walkout configuration. If you would like to see the actual detailed floor plan layout for the model home and our other 3 floor plan, please reply to this email and I will gladly set up an appointment to go over that information with you. These exclusive residences will start in the high $300,000'sa nd range up to the mid $700,000's.
