Hi, I don't know if you have found your property yet but am going to pass along my thoughts in case you are still looking. Riverview High School is an "A" rated school. You can find all their information at http://www.sarasota.k12.fl.us/RHS/SchoolProfile/SchoolProfile.pdf . Sarasota Military Academy is another school that all parents should consider for high school kids - it is not for everyone - but a truly unique charter school. The neighborhood I think does a good job fitting your criteria is Serenoa. There are currently 10 active listings with 2 homes that are just slightly under your square footage and slightly over you price. Hope this helps.
