Wall Township is terrific. Great schools, very family oriented town. However, don't discount towns like Howell, Jackson, and Millstone. These are all on the 195 corridor. It takes 35 minutes from Howell to Trenton, I do it all the time. All three towns have good schools. I would welcome the opportunity to show you the area. - Sat Apr 5 2008, 18:51
Have you heard about "Red Hot Red Bank"? definitely will hold value. Long Branch has done a great job in refurbishing and values will hold. Millstone will be the new Colts Neck, values will hold. Howell's location make it ideal for commuters and young familys. Prices will hold. If I can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. - Sat Apr 5 2008, 18:47
By far, Monmouth County is the place for you. Live at the Jersey Shore, have all the serenity of country living while you are close to the city too. Travel to and from on the ferry is relaxing and an enjoyable commute. Live in Luxury Condos and homes in your price range. I would welcome the opportunity to help you buy a single family home. - Sat Apr 5 2008, 18:44
Monmouth County has many contemporary homes, especially in the North East portion of the County. I would welcome the opportunity to help you find something in the Monmouth or Ocean County areas if that is suitable to you. - Sat Mar 29 2008, 12:50
Unless you are living at home with mom and dad (there's nothing wrong with that!), why pay someone else's mortgage (called "rent") when it is so possible to buy a home right now. Prices are low and Interest rates are low, it is a buyer's market. Also, it is a wonderful way to build equity in your portfolio. - Thu Mar 27 2008, 16:39
