Anybody ever get a letter like this from a realtor

Amelia Pearn answered:
Oh my! That is inappropriate. It sounds like perhaps that particular person is suffering from some burnout. Find a different agent and go on. - Sun Feb 24 2008, 11:02

One big stress for buyers is the inspection. If I was you, I'd list it with an ad that highlights a recent inspection and just disclose what's on there in the appropriate areas. That may appeal to buyers who might otherwise pass the home up because of the age and fears about inspection findings. - Sun Feb 10 2008, 13:01
Amelia Pearn answered:
Interview a few agents before you are ready to buy. Go to a few offices and find someone you are comfortable with. They should be able to provide you with direction about how much you will need to close based on 150k and the area you are looking in. In some cases now sellers are assisting with closing costs and there are a lot of factors involved so part of the monies question will depend on the home you are interested in. - Fri Feb 8 2008, 13:01

Considering moving to PA.

Amelia Pearn answered:
I am an agent in the Poconos, about 2 hours +- from NYC. I'm assuming you mean the boros and not upstate areas. Feel free to contact me and/or browse my web site for homes. - Wed Feb 6 2008, 13:15
