YES, Thompson's Station is a great place to re-locate.

Thompson's Station is a clean neat community, a great place to raise a family and at the same time,
it is a short drive time to great job centers in Franklin, Brentwood and Nashville.

Here are some community resources that may help you decide.

I am a retired CPA, current tax preparer and current Realtor.

I have a client who preaches at a local church in that area. If you would like. I can
put you in touch with him. He can tell you what islike to live in Thompson's Station.

Although it is hazardous to project home price appreciation 3-5 years, you may wan't to look at
other statistics. One question might be;
What percent of the list price did homes bring in the last 18 months. The Nolensville area homes
brought 99% of list price. The Franklin area brought 98% of list price. Either area indicates a strong
seller's market for homes. As you know, we are in an uncertain period of the economy right now.
You might focus on quality of life issues. What is mosty important to you and your family? You
might consider population density, schools, roads, proximity to work etc. Most likely, if you pick a home now based upon certain quality of life issues, you will find buyers in the future share your views, which would make your home more marketable. - Tue Jul 15 2008, 10:32
Specialties
As a retired CPA, software developer, and tax adviser, I know that attention to detail are part of the due diligence that you as a buyer expect from a professional as you seek to get the best home for the best price.

Today's market requires careful decision making, with your goal as a guiding principle.

When it is time to make an offer on a property we sit down together and review all previous sales data in the neighborhood to make sure that you are never paying too much for your home. After the initial acceptance of our offer, I review all inspection reports and stay on top of the sellers to make sure they make all the necessary repairs prior to close of escrow. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals!
