I suggest the buyer meet with a lender before looking at any houses. I want my buyer clients to be ready to go when they find that perfect home. A buyer consultation will address the process of buying a home, the loan process is just one step and it is the MOST important step, unless you are a cash buyer. The bargains out there are for ready, willing & able buyers.
