I think they look for an experienced Realtor, however most experienced Realtors have at least one designation if not many. They know the value of continued education. It refreshes our outlook by taking us back to the basics or giving us fresh ideas in a changing market place. Ultimately though, I think people just want to know you are listening, you are honest, you have your clients best interests at heart, and give them the same advice you would give to yourself or your family & freinds.
