Be very frank with your Realtor. Let him or her know what you expect and need of them. If that doesn't work, be honest and let him know you are going to meet with another Realtor. Let your new Realtor know that you have worked previously with someone and why you have made a change. Feel free to interview your new Realtor, ask questions. If you don't get the answers you want, call another Realtor. You need to know they will be committed to you and your interests, no matter what day of the week it is.
