Hi Doug, yes the building is complete. The combined HOA and Condo Association fees for this home is $4838 per year - that includes all exterior lawn maintenance including irrigation, insurance, maintenance (there are 2 elevators per building), lighting, and beach shuttle on top of supporting common areas in community which include sidewalks, parks, nature trails.
