Phil And Terry DePasquale answered:
Definitely buy resale.....thought of looking in Sedona? For the first time in years Sedona's prices have reached "very affordable" with many, many opportunities and when the market comes back you should see a stronger profit. We have a great "fixer upper". Visit our website listed below and look at our listings - the one I am talking about is the Yavapino Estates home on 1 1/2 acres with a pool and views....just needs updating. Great opportunity for the right person... - Thu Jul 17 2008, 15:38

What is your favorite thing to do in Sedona?

Phil And Terry DePasquale answered:
Visit our website below and click on Community/Info Link and under Tours/Attractions is a link of 102 Things to Do in Sedona....should keep you busy for awhile :o) - Thu Jul 17 2008, 15:33
Phil And Terry DePasquale answered:
If you would consider heading a little north to get out of the summer heat look at the Sedona area. We also migrated from Florida and have never looked back. There are three communities that would fit the bill perfectly. Cottonwood Ranch, Verde Santa Fe and Oak Creek Valley. Visit our website and look around..... - Thu Jul 17 2008, 15:28

Phil And Terry DePasquale answered:
As many have suggested, neutral warm colors are the best and at least a few furnishings so potential buyers can get an idea of how they would decorate. Clean - no strong odors and with great landscaping, coupled with a great price and you're "good to go." - Thu Jul 17 2008, 15:24

Question removed

Phil And Terry DePasquale answered:
Since you are not an agent you may want to offer a fee such as $1000 and send a letter to everyone in the community asking if they know someone that might be interested and should they buy you will pay the $1000. The people who live there are the best resources....good luck! - Thu Jul 17 2008, 15:20
