what's the market for 6,000 sf, two bedrooms, great red rock view?

BARBARA BAKER answered:
Thank you for the question. If your home has over 4,000 square feet in Sedona, I am assuming it is a fabulous custom home, on a nice sized piece of property... or a gated-high end community with gorgeous knock out views. However, for me to answer this question without seeing your home wouldn't be fair to you. I would welcome the opportunity to talk with you in person. I can be reached at 800-975-5943 or barbara@barbarbaker.com. Thank you and I hope to be hearing from you. Best regards, Barbara - Mon Feb 18 2008, 18:55

If it is built before June 1976 your financing will be alittle trickier. However, it can be done, and it is done ALL THE TIME - depending on your downpayment, if it's a primary residence, and your Credit Score. I would contact Sterling Mortgage Company in Phoenix - John Sterling. Specializes in this. And if you need any other advice, please email me at barbara! http://@www.verdevalleyproperty.com - Thu Nov 15 2007, 22:45

I would call up Rick Rosezweig from Sound Investments. He is a great commercial realtor in Cottonwood, and has his pulse on alot. Also knows the rental market. Good Luck... Great Idea! Tell him Barbara Baker from C21 sent you! - Thu Nov 15 2007, 22:39

WHEN IS IT THE BEST TIME TO BUY A HOME?

BARBARA BAKER answered:
NOW! You are buying to live in a Home... not as an investment property, or as a Fix and Flip! . It's your Home! If you are waiting for it to go down lower... no one has a crystal ball. Not you, not the Feds, Noone! Prices historically havent' been this good in decades. Statistically you will live in your home for 3 to 4 years. So make the plunge... you won't be sorry, you have a wealth of inventory, and you will be able to make a great deal! - Thu Nov 15 2007, 22:15

What is your favorite thing to do in Sedona?

BARBARA BAKER answered:
I have alot of Favorites! Since I am lucky enough to live there! However, I would have to say watching the light play against the red rocks at sunset. Our sunset are unbeleivable! As I am sure Nate would attest too! - Thu Nov 15 2007, 21:57
