If you want to email me the property address, I can get you detailed information about the home or even arrange for a private showing at your convenience. I'm a local Realtor. As others before me have explained already, a short sale means that the lender might accept less than the mortgage payoff. The lender will approve any offer. The seller is to receive no profit from the transaction.

Now is not a good time to sell lots, especially if the lot is in Sun'n'Lakes. I've had one realtor in my office recommend to simply give lots back to the district in order to at least get around having to pay for taxes and assessments annually. - Mon Nov 17 2008, 03:17

A buyers agent is a real estate agent that works with buyers. He/she might not work with buyers exclusively, maybe just for the duration of a transaction. There are, however, real estate agent that work with buyers only. They don't take listings or only rarely. - Sun Nov 16 2008, 05:08
