What are the best country club communities for families in the Seattle area?

Lynn Newcomb answered:
There are many in the greater Seattle region. My favorite is Echo Falls Country Club. Just east of Woodinville with a country flavor, this community was host of the Street of Dreams some years back. We moved there when our youngest son wanted more freedom and it was wonderful. The streets are wide with sidewalks, there is a wonderful park, swimming pool and clubhouse with a great restaurant.
The golf course is challenging and living in the community allows you to participate in wonderful seasonal activities, such as the golf cart decorating at Halloween, night golfing, Santa visiting and more. - Thu Oct 11 2007, 19:47

Decide on an agent that can assist you, decide on what you are interested in - duplex, triplex, 4-plex, etc and a price range and begin looking. It is a great time to buy investment properties.
If you need assistance, I would be happy to help and have lots of experience with multi family units.

Good luck and I look forward to hearing from you.

Good Evening Corey:

I think it is possible to find a nice lot on a lake within your parameters that is affordable but I need to know what your budget is.

I have been in the business nearly 2 decades and have seen winters that are as busy as other times of the year and winters that are very slow. My prediction for this winter is a slowdown overall unless interest rates become so favorable that buyers take advantage of that and the incredible selection in spite of the season. - Fri Sep 14 2007, 09:42

I would be happy to assist you. Have you spoken to a lender yet? I have some great contacts in lending. What is your criteria?
Please contact me to discuss the details.
