There is not much difference in the housing/condo market as far as supply and demand. The only real difference is the monthly homeowners dues associated with condos, sometimes quite steep. As far as the Seattle market being favorable to buyers right now...we are still not into what is classified as a "buyers market". A lot depends on the price range that you are looking at. In certain price ranges, for instance, anything under $600,000 in the neighborhoods that you are looking at I do not anticipate any slow downs. - Fri Jul 13 2007, 08:33
