Where is a good location to split a commute North and South?

Hi Harrison!
If you're looking for a residential home, that price range will be a bit difficult. Condos could be a better choice depending upon your lifestyle and desire. Capital hill has some great condos and West Seattle has a handfull of homes that will fall into that price range. Georgetown should also be considered.
