"Roger Kinnaman worked with us for several months. We have covered ground form Magnolia to Bellevue. We where the first to see many of the homes we looked at, with Rogers professional contacts and inside loops, tireless work efforts and easy going disposition we eventually purchased a beautiful new home. Not once did he question our commitment or pressure us to make an offer on a home we were not interested in. We will also be listing our current home for sale with Roger. We highly recommend Roger Kinnaman"

All the answers are good. A good agent will have everthing under control while they are out of town Also, cell phones and fax machines can work wonders. I sold a house once while on vactaion. It only took a hour or so of my time. If you find something you want to buy you agent will have someone to walk you through the process. Oh buy the way, do you have any good friends like you who need a good agent.
We all need good clients like you. Good look on your home search. - Tue Jul 1 2008, 10:09

Lots of good answers. Yes it's a good time to buy, if you have the cash down and want to buy and plan on livng the hosue for three to five years. You should be in good shape. The inventory and the prices are good, It's a buyers market...Better take advantage. You can always get a better rate later, but not a better price. GTood luck, if I can help, let me know
Good Luck
